SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver every order in our elegant jewelry box. Our complimentary delivery is sent to you with care by FedEx or DHL Express' High-Value delivery service, to ensure your package arrives on time and without worry. Duties and Tax are included.
Our jewelry are expertly made-to-order pieces, using only the highest quality gems and pearls.
Due to the pre-order nature of our products, delivery is subject to stock availability.
Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining when your order will be ready. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order as quickly as possible within the following timeframes:
For in stock products:
- EU orders will be dispatched to you within 1-3 days.
- International Orders will be dispatched to you within 2-4 days.
For made to order products, please allow about 3 weeks for your order to be processed.
FedEx / DHL Express' High-Value delivery service:
Europe 1-3 days, USA 4-7 days, Asia 4-7 days, Australia 4-8 days
In the unlikely case that you haven't fallen in love with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days in its original perfect condition, and we will gladly refund you. Send us an email using the return form below, and we will assist you on how to proceed.
All returns will be insured and sent by high value express delivery. The return shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Note, our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents.
As you can appreciate, we will not accept any returns on items that have been customized, worn, used, altered, or damaged.
